Chamchamal Flood Documentary (School Renovation)

Documenting resilience in the wake of disaster. Just 48 hours after a destructive flood devastated communities in Chamchamal, the Mars Labs crew was on the ground. Partnering with the Kurdistan Foundation, we embarked on a long-term documentary project to capture the raw reality of the crisis and the journey toward recovery. Through boots-on-the-ground videography and photography, we documented the immediate distribution of emergency supplies and returned to the site repeatedly over several months to chart the complete, hopeful renovation of a local school. This film is a testament to community resilience and the power of dedicated humanitarian action.
